A sofa with a low back is the designer’s ultimate dream, whilst almost certainly giving the product developer a nightmare. How low can you go without the comfort and seating quality suffering? How low can we go? The designer Frommherz has found a solution and the typical form does not suffer or lack comfort like a lot of low furniture. He envisaged the low back with rotating backrests. By rotating the back support towards the armrests, the sofa turns into a chaise lounge. How low can furniture be? Howlo is the answer to the question.

Technical Details

Howlo is available as a love-seat and 3-seat sofa.

The backrests of the love-seat can, if desired, rotate towards the left or right.

Howlo is available in any upholstery from the Leolux material and leather collections.

The feet are available in polished aluminum or lacquered in all Leolux colors. The walnut, beech or oak wood of the supporting frame can optional be lacquered the same as the feet to give a uniform appearance.
